Trip Avinyó S.A. is the company in charge of managing the tripe of our pigs. With more than 30 years of experience dedicated to the production of natural casing, without additives, for sausages and cured meats in the food sector.
Additionally, part of the production is also sent to the pharmaceutical sector to produce medicines for human consumption.
The company premises, with 750m2, have recently been refurbished and are connected to our slaughterhouse, guaranteeing a product of the highest quality and freshness.
We have over 60 years’ experience in preparing raw, cured, cooked, semi-cooked and sliced products. Our modern facilities combine traditional expertise and innovative technology to offer some of our star products.
Including pork sausages, bacon, chorizo and cooked ham. All our pork products are made exclusively with fresh meat from our own abattoir.

At over 700 metres above sea level, a uniquely dry microclimate with both very high and very low temperatures creates the perfect curing conditions.
In 1964, our cured meats factory Conservas AUSA, S.A. launched its range of products in Prats de Lluçanès. Every day since, we have worked exclusively with fresh meat from our abattoir to offer the very best naturally cured products, just like our grandparents did before us.

Unexporc is our export invested company, shipping our products overseas. Founded in 1994, it now represents us in more than 30 countries.
